START-UPS ARE NOT SMALLER VERSIONS OF HUGE COMPANIES

Many of us and the Industry misunderstand the difference between a Start-up and a Large Company. We used to say Large companies writes business plans so Startups you write business plans. Big Corporations write a 5 year plan so you Start-ups write a 5 year plan. Large companies hire sales , marketing, VP's and biz staff so you do that too. Never quite understand the distinction between a Startup and a Large Corporations.

" START-UPS ARE NOT SMALLER VERSIONS OF HUGE COMPANIES "

Large companies at it's core EXECUTE A KNOWN BUSINESS MODEL and Start-ups in their early days are SEARCHING FOR A BUSINESS MODEL and the distinction between SEARCH & EXECUTION is a big difference between an early stage venture and an existing corporation.

Remember: A Startup is a faith based enterprise on the day one and as a Startup entrepreneur your job is to quickly turn that FAITH into FACT
