Food tech Startup Box8 raised Rs 21 cr [$3.5 mn] in series A funding from early-to-growth-stage venture capital firm Mayfield Fund. Box8 was started to be the go to option for anyone wanting to order great tasting food. Food tech has seen the mushrooming of over 300 startups and the total investment in the space in 2015, till date, stood at $73 million, exceeding 2014's $67 million, underlining the growing opportunities in the space.
