Telangana State(TS) government is encouraging private sector to participate in Infrastructure, Inline Roadways, urbanization. Rs.21,000 crores worth of projects are proposed and will soon announce private companies to bid.

The industrial policy framework, which was passed in the Telangana Assembly in November 2014, had promised to offer minimum inspection and maximum facilitation. The policy prescribed norms for giving permissions to mega (investments of Rs 200 crore and above), large (Rs 10 crore-Rs 200 crore) as well as small and medium project proposals. The government identified 14 core areas for a focused approach which include life sciences, pharma, information technology, aerospace, automation industries..

Urbanization Policy
TS government possess a large pool of land and will allocate land to private companies to build their own townships to promote urbanization.

Infrastructure Policy
The State of Telangana has visited Dallas and studies the inline roadways and planning to implement a master plan based on that.

Bio-Energy Policy
To meet the immediate demand of power supply to the state TS will go promote conventional power and energy plants and  is not considering Bio-Energy as the PoC projects didn't prove good results.
