" When we meet an entrepreneurs it is very rear that you meet a company and say I don't believe in that opportunity, more often than not, they are very believable stories and we often will say internally wow I wish I owned that business but I'm not sure I can invest in that business. The advice I give to a an entrepreneur as they are pitching to an Investor ,it's articulating not why what you have done is fantastic , the most important thing to articulate is WHY from where you are today, it's a good investment opportunity for the future. How you stitch to the past , to the present to the future is an important element of that. It's easy to say I'm growing 10% per year but this is the moment in time it's all going to accelerate, that's an element where having good data as to WHY."
Have data for WHY from today to future and not the past.
